Telephone Procedures

The telephones are answered 24-hours a day, seven days per week.  When office staff is not available, the answering machine will pick up.  Please leave a message and the office staff will get back to you as soon as possible.  If you have a crisis, please call the on-call beeper.  If you have an emergency after office hours, please call (919) 580-5016.

During scheduled business hours, if you need to speak with your therapist and you cannot wait until your next regularly scheduled appointment, the staff will take your name, number and a brief message.

Please remember that prescription refills and regular appointments and other general information can be handled by the office staff.
